Experienced
I have been within this community for around 5 years now. I have seen the community change and grow, seen friends come and go. Although there have been many changes, I believe that I know roughly how to compose myself and how to act in certain situations.
Furthermore, I also used to run a server with a friend. Although it was a very small server, I managed to gain valuable experience from it. However, most of that was very basic administration but I also experienced my fair share of dealing with annoying players.

Level Headed
Although in the past, I must admit that I had a few outbursts, I believe that I have grown since then and now, I see myself as a very calm person while dealing with stressful situations. I believe I am able to cope with significant levels of stress and will be able to deal with any situation with the same level of composure.

Unbiased
I am a very unbiased person - when making a judgement I will not let any personal variables get in the way. I can look at any situation from the eyes of a spectator; I am not below punishing friends and will always treat each person the same, no matter my relations with them.

Empathetic
Being on this sever for a long time, I understand the frustrations that can arise when you are attacked by another player. In the past, I have had many things stolen from me and I always felt frustrated knowing that I trusted someone and they broke this trust. Therefore, I believe that I will be able to understand the context of the situation and be able to act accordingly, so long as it doesn't come under bias.

Serious
Being a moderator holds a lot of power as they represent the server. I believe that I will be able to represent the authority of the server well and be able to give new players a good impression and help keep order on the server.

Easygoing
Although I would take my moderating job very seriously, I will try to also get involved with the community. I am especially susceptible to very bad puns. (Even if they're not very PUNny)

Respectful
I have a lot of respect to all the players and staff on the server. A lot of hard work and dedication goes into creating the variety of different islands, or keeping the community in order. I believe that I would treat everyone with the same level of respect and look at every person's point of view equally.

Honest
I believe that honesty is the best policy. I do not steal or grief and have never been banned on the server. I firmly believe that the greatest quality that a person can have is honesty, as it means you are able to build up trust with the community and with friends.
However, in the past, I may not have been that honest, lying about various aspects such as age or status. Despite this, I believe that I have grown past that; It embarrass me to look in the past and see what I tried to get away with. I have learned from the experience and I intend not to do so again.

Open
I am a very open minded person. I am able to take criticism and be able to build upon this to become a better person. I will respect everyone's views while giving my own and I will never rule out a possibility.

I've been playing since late 2012/early 2013. I took a large break and became inactive from 2016-2017 but recently, thanks to the new server, I have been a lot more active.

I've only been incorrectly banned once, the server thought I was flying when I was lagging (I had /fly at the time)
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I used to run a server with a friend. I did not get much moderating experience from that but I was able to learn a couple things such as commands and using logblock (Although I think logblock has changed drastically since I last used it)

Trauma, you are a very fond of the community. You’re kind, always willing to help and also a very welcoming person. We only became friends like 3 days ago, and I feel like I’ve known you forever, and since then you have lent me so many things and allowed me to do lots of things that a normal player would not. The only thing that I can suggest for you to improve on, is chat help and also being a bit more active on the forums. Other than that, I’d love to see you on the staff team.
