The cons

As I can see above there are some “disagree” reacts on certain posts - this isn’t a big thing but yeah.

Sometimes throughout voice chats you are a really nice person, but there can be small amounts of immaturity (which is normal for everyone). But otherwise, yes you are maturing and mature in some aspects.


The Pros

You are active all the time, I see you a lot. You are a nice person from what I’ve seen on discord and in game.

Also, your Timezone also suits certain players and enables you to provide moderation during times when other Moderators are asleep or busy.

As much as we are friends I'm going to no support you. Don't take it cause you no supported me aka "revenge no support". I wasn't much honest about you but I feel like I should now since you are honest with me (I get it you are helping, thanks! ). The thing is annoying me about you is that you take it as some competition, aka who types faster, who will get mod first thats what I feel. Sometimes you would tell me you want to help in chat when theres a manager or a super mod on so I just dont help and let you help instead cause you want to appear "helpful" to the managers. Sometimes when we are in voice chat you would hate on me for typing before you cause I'm "faster". But honestly being faster doesn't matters y'know cause we dont know who is getting promoted and as I said, applying isn't some competition between applicants on who would get mod faster, maybe we both get mod? We both dont know who is getting promoted. I agree we are both try hards but I feel like you are more a try hard than me. I used to think applying is some sort of competition but slowly I began to understand things. Like sometimes when you answer someone's question before I do you would be "Beat ya, Bert" or things like that. I know some other people does but I feel like you are more into thinking it as some competitions. Now about activity, I haven't seen you on these days and if I do I see you either keep going afk or on for like an hour and you would get annoyed if I "answer" a question before you. As you sometimes too ship me or say "Your bff is on" when tore gets on but I say it to you too so we are even but I see you sometimes ship me with other people. And lastly, you always were constantly hating and being salty on talia when she gave you the no support and once she gave you a neutral you stopped. And Sorry wolfie. Also check PM.

 

I never take it as a competition, I always say it as a joke, not as reality. It was one time because it was the first time I saw that certain staff memeber on and wanted to show them my personality and such as they wanted to see some of it. I have been on but you are online at night times now, whilst I'm online during the timezone gap, which is afternoon and such. I haven't been rude nor salty to Talia, nor anyone, since November as that's when I realised I needed to change, and I did. She gave me the neutral two months after the no support (something around that) and she saw the change in my behaviour. Anyways, thanks for replying.
