If you are the one doing the upgrade (which is what it sounds like you are doing), then you don't need to worry about chargeback. This is only a problem when you are the one paying someone else in-game items.

For players who are paying someone else to upgrade them, make sure to record your trade deal and of course get a mod to hold onto your items until the upgrade goes through. Keep your evidence and screenshots after the trade is done, don't delete it! If you do get chargeback banned, you can present to us the evidence and we will try to get back whatever items you paid for it (from the chargebacker) once the chargeback is closed or paid off. It will also help us ban the person who did the chargeback on you.
