No support. Skyblock won't get more players just by adding a concept that 1000 other servers have - some in unique ways. Skyblock needs actual unique games and ideas that would keep people entertained. PVP in the first place was never supposed to be serious. Just a place people could smack others around and not lose their items. Making it serious isn't the answer because it would cause more conflict. Games like MA J are better and non pvp games like tnt run, colour shuffle and things of that nature will be a nice way to keep people occupied. It doesn't favour ranks and easier to set up. Hostility would be less when people are working together (hopefully).
Neutral, it wouldn't be a game changer if it was added or kept gone. Then again, this is a skyblock server, so its not really necessary.
I'm not entirely sure. It sounds fun and it's good that you might be able to win $$ if you're on the leaderboard, etc, but as many people are saying, this is a Skyblock Server. For now, I will stay neutral.
I actually agree (a little bit) with this opinion! On the leaderboard, there should be a prize money given out for top 3 maybe. Like (and this is just an opinion/suggestion): 1st- 30 grass or 1 diamond. 2nd- 20 grass 3rd- 10 grass I already supported the fact that a REAL /warp pvp should be added. A serious one. Not like the previous one.
I support it, some great memories was formed in the old pvp arena. This wont bring in any new members to the community but i think it is something to think about maybe for the new server or on 'legacy' (current .net) for existing members.
Neutral, I think its a great idea but since hacks are allowed people will automatically assume its allowed in warp pvp, futhermore stuff like hacker bots take incredibly long to code and could take a lot of money if cyp needs to higher coders
No support, wont work for many reasons. Hacking, you've stated that you have a universal method to stop hackers, hate to tell you but avoiding anti-cheat plugins are easy, any hacked client has features & mods available to avoid these plugins. Now you could just say "Get mods to moderate the arena". The simple answer to that is that mods aren't active anymore. Most of the day there are no mods on, sometimes maybe 1 mod. 1 isn't enough to watch the arena & help players at the same time. You have also stated that it will "create relations with players". No it won't. It just creates a hierarchy to see who's the best in the arena by any means necessary. Uhhhh nope. It might keep players on the server, however, people wont join a skyblock server to do pvp exclusively.
I feel like /warp pvp would be a great idea, but it would only be popular for a few days then die out like /ma j because the player count isn't as strong as it was before.
Neutral, it would be a really good idea but it wouldn't influence the player count, as people mostly come here to play Skyblock, not PVP.
I like the suggestion about bringing warp PvP back but I don’t like it the way you suggested it. Alright so, if we bring the warp back there should be kits for each player to pick and players should not be allowed to bring their items, because it would unfair. ( God armor takes ages to be destroyed ). Hacking.. major problem. Don’t really know a fix to this and the anti cheat you proposed can be defenetly bypassed by multiple paid clients. Neutral, I don’t see how this could be brought back but I would like it if it was brought back. P.S. No leaderboards, server is overloaded with plugins and I don’t think we need leaderboards, this isn’t a server based on PvP.
Support, I think with the /PvpReport it would work well and hacking wouldn't be too bad. I do agree that you should bring own armour and weapons, as there is not really any purpose for them
Non-Donor comes in with his iron armor and stone sword. Donor comes with his godded diamond armor, sword and bow. Do you think that is fair??
The donors have spent their money on this game, they have spent loads of time trying to get it, and non donors spend a few grass and 30 mins and they get iron armour. It's a matter of work put in. A non donors can get god armour as well
They don’t spend time. ( My bad they do ) They just get the rank and use commands for stuff. That’s called pay to win. It’s against the EULA
