I was inactive when you were mod and when you got demoted but reading some of the comments above I realized that you have the potential to be on the staff again but, your demotion lead me to believe that at that time you were not a good mod maybe this time you might change? Neutral for now until I see changes in you and also you might want to consider being more active if you want mod again.
I do have a potential for this c: I have been getting a lot of inactive notices lately, and I'm trying my best to work on it and have better time management.
Thank you for supporting my application, this means so much towards me c: Is there anything I am able to improve on though, or am I perfectly fine?
Honestly I really do hope you can be back on the staff team - everybody slips up sometimes, and that might be why you were demoted, but there is nobody perfect in this world, and especially you deserve a second chance.
No support, one of the pettiest and most immature moderators. You were extremely toxic to other staff and you are a major leak risk in my opinion. Why wouldn’t you publicly own up to your actions rather than having people PM you just to find out what happened which everyone already knows.
Thank you for validating more of your opinion and giving me things to work on. I will work on my maturity, thanks
Read the sentence after I said that, I did say I do not recall staff telling me to remove my nickname because it was inappropriate, but because it was getting a lot of complaints.
No support, for starters, you need to be more active. Also, I believe that if you were a bit more appropriate with subjects, it would improve your maturity level. This also applies to helping out the server. Sorry if I offended you. I was just trying to help.
I have been getting inactivity notices on most of my replies, and I've promised to work towards that. I would also improve on my maturity too, thank you for replying c:
Lol, you, a mod (again?) They call times like that doomsday. Your immaturity showed a lot when you were a moderator, showing that you are still not fit to be the latter. Not much can change in the amount of time it was since you were demoted. When you were demoted though, you became extremely toxic, which should not be a trait that a moderator has. You were power hungry. You banned people for the smallest and pettiest things, never did you listen to reasoning. (I could easily back this up by looking through the appeal archives.) In situations you stressed. Cracked under pressure if you will, just like a lot of other moderators who are moderating now, but you more so. Anyway, not like it counts, No support and I will never ever change my mind. Edit: In moderating, age is not noticed, but maturity is, if your maturity and handling situations correctly was put on a scale you’d be a 12/100. (see what I did there?) (0 being worst 100 being best)
This comment makes me understand that after my demotion, you weren't happy with my actions, which is completely valid. Those actions weren't mature or how a moderator would act, and I apologize for that. However, when you are demoted you wouldn't be happy, although my actions weren't acceptable. I am guessing you would like for me to improve on maturity, and I will do so. Thank you for that feedback.
she asked u to remove it because of it being inappropriate you didn't, then fun asked u to remove it because of the complaints
I do not remember asking to remove it because of the nickname being inappropriate, but I do remember having to remove it because of a major amount of complaints.
