Crew said in-game he wishes for a release later this month. If that doesn't happen, we can expect it to be early next year.

Coding, setting up and dealing with bugs to make sure the server is perfect for the release takes time. We want to make sure that you have the best possible experience on this new server. The developers would rather not rush it and instead take it slow to ensure of that. Please do not complain about the amount of time it’s taking to get everything done. They are working very hard to get this done and released for you all. It’s incredibly rude to complain when the developers and owners are trying to do something nice for everyone.
