Lmao Credit: The Washington Post For the record I didn't read some cringy article just about teens driving in Oregon
And? Not everyone is out having sex at twelve. I know quite a few people that are in their twenties and are still virgins. Does it matter? Nope.
Not sure what stance you are taking. That it’s funny that the average age is that high or that the average age is low? Honestly being a virgin is nothing to be ashamed about and I think the average age was perfectly acceptable. Sex doesn’t define who you are.
Rip I didnt get notifications on this thread. My point here is that what i find funny is that kids are having sex at such a young age.
Legal age is 18 in some states. Im just.shocked people have sex at such a early age and havent experienced people telling about it.
To me yes lol. I know its surprising, but yes I find it shocking if people have it when they're 15, like wtf dude why, don't you know that having sex is risky and can lead to STDs? Sorry, its just I took a Health Class as part of the requirement to graduate high school, so it has changed how I view this.
then i reckon its not "are you kidding me???", rather, its "oh s***, I JUST found out that having sex is risky.. hope these people wear condoms"
People losing their virginity at such a young age. I can get why its not such a big deal, but as far as I see, I dont hear people losing their virginity where I live, or go to school. In California the age of consent is 18, no exceptions. Im guessing that's why
you instinctively have sexual desires by the time you starting becoming baby-making-ready, start puberty, or whatever you wanna call that stage. that accurate average of 17 still shows humans are on average remotely responsible enough to not do it immediately when you discover those desires (aka like 12 on average?). that making the age 17, 5 years of learning about sex, reasonable. (right?)
