After Doing Your Preview Build I Will Give You A Price Estimate In The Current Diamond Value
This Could Change If Diamond Prices Shift From The Time Of The Estimate To The Time Of Build Start
If You Approve This Estimate You Will Be Added To The Building Queue, Meaning It Could Be A While Before I Can Start.
If You Are Not The Island Owner Your Build Will Not Be Added To The Queue Until They Pm (Or Email) Me Approval, Along With Some Proof That They Are Who They Say They Are.

Payment;
Not To Worry Your Almost Done Reading
This Is Pretty Simple. I Expect Payment In Diamonds Or Grass Upfront Before Building Starts. Transaction Will be Recorded.
Also Note That You Will Have To Trust Me On Your Island.
Mods Can Use Block Log So Don't Worry Too Much
I Don't Do Refunds After I Have Started The Build (5-10 Min In)

Ok so how will this work because:
1. Don't know what the new currency will be.
2. No one will have any money/materials so you'll have to wait ages before you can start building or if you are able to build you have to wait a long time before you get paid.
