It doesn't matter whether you quoted someone or whatever the case is. It doesn't matter if someone is bullying you or not. Your behaviour was poor and you have so much experience with being banned on multiple occasions you should understand the rules. You certainly have not been a "good boy" and I don't feel like you should be unbanned right now. If you want to prove you are a good boy you can do so over the next month on the forums. If you break any rules or do something a good boy wouldn't do, then I know you are not ready to behave on discord.
