Hi sam. I saw a report regarding you telling someone to kill themseleves, and there was no reference to nick abuse. I came online and banned you. If you have any evidence regarding that you were nick abused, I would love to see it.
i have no proof as the person instantly changed there name back and it was unexpected, so i wasnt fast enough. i have no proof but out of everyone you should know i wouldnt death threat, seriously check logs or anything, it will show i didnt do it. Thanks
We can't check chat logs as far as I'm aware. However, I find it incredibly rude of you to tell me I was unfair to ban you when I was just responding to a report. Seeing as there is no proof of the nick abuse you mentioned so far, I'll carry on with this appeal. Why would you tell someone to kill themselves?
I never told anyone to kill themselves, someone nick abused me and it was quite pathetic on their part. However, i find it quite annoying how i was banned for someones ridiculous behavior.
However, there may be some proof about the nick abuse, but in order to get the proof you would need to contact cyk.
Cyk made a report with her evidence to try to get you unbanned, however after you noticed you were nick abused, you told the player who nick abused you to kill themselves, so technically you did do it. Why did you do this?
Yes, that was me. I told the nick abuser to do that because they told one of my best friends that wanted me to come back to kill themselves which really ticked me off considering how much i care about her. Its not an excuse so i understand if you leave me banned, makes it easier for me to quit.
Its quite pathetic how all this was caused because of someone who was bored wanting to cause trouble, quite unnecessary and extremely pathetic on the nick abusers half. Regardless i still understand, please message back if the nick abuser gets banned for death threats though, i would love to keep in touch about that, thanks.
Cyk got enough proof to get him banned for 7 days. However, right after someone nick abused you, you told whoever nick abused you to kill themselves, so that's the reason why you're banned. The reason the Nick abuser is banned for less time is because she only got proof the user nick abusing another player.
i didn't think it would matter considering he told someone to kill themselves on my behalf without any permission, compared to what he did i dont find what i did that bad honestly, imo. He was pathetic and i just stooped to his level because i didnt mind doing that, plus i was too mad to think about much other things, considering what i went through earlier that day (not an excuse also doesnt matter), but thats just my opinion.
I know the rules and i know death threats are not allowed, but regardless of the rules (which he completely just left and did not care about) i still dont regret anything i said, considering what he did was a lot worse.
