Sadly this isn't possible. The only way around this is to chargeback and get banned on the server, permanently. Personally I wouldn't recommend this, as it's like giving something to a charity and then going back the next day and asking for it back. I understand that that is a lot of money, but I really don't you're going to get it back. Glad to help - Laini
As stated by others, this was a donation to the server. The server doesn't actually have to give you a rank in return, considering it was a donation. If Cypriot gave a refund to one player, he would have to give to all. Sorry.
If you chargeback you will be permanently banned on this server and you may face court charges, if you read the T&C. You gave money as a donation, you shouldn't ask for it back.
It's selling commands that should be in game anyway, such as /home or something. Like for example 'If you have donor you can talk.'
Unfortunately, When purchasing a rank you agree to the Terms and Services in which it clearly states that there are no refunds. The only way removing your rank is by chargebacking your money, however you get permanently banned.
Unless you want to get perm banned then you cannot get you're money back. And you will not get unbanned. If you try to appeal you won't have a very good chance at being unbanned, unless you buy it again and have your proof that you bought it again.

Think of it like this. This comment means that, (let's just use Australia as example) if I were to give a donation to the breast cancer foundation (nbcf.org.au/) I could not go and say, hey, I gave money for your research and I know you've probably already used it as funds, but can I get it back? It doesn't work like this mate. When donating for a rank (yes, donating, you don't give money as a purchase like eBay) you are given special privileges, hence the prefix of [Donor] or [Skygod] for the higher donors. When donating you have to select the fact you agree to the terms and conditions, and I am sure that somewhere in the T&C's it states that you agree that no refund is possible.
It's not a donation. It's a purchase. You pay $100 and get perks. You're buying a product. Donating is where you donate without getting something in return.
You don't get a refund because one isn't provided, which is shady business practices. There should be a period of time where you can request a refund instead of not providing one at all. I mean, most sites that have payments have a refund period. It's almost mandatory now.
Refunds are not allowed, as you are donating to the server which is why all the ranks all called "[Donor]" because Donor, is a short form of donation. If you do chargeback (refund) you will be ban, and not be able to join again. But this is also to my believes. Other members may have other views, don't attack me
