I think I'm going to give this a tentative support...?
Your application is plain and could use some colour, but of course that's a matter of opinion and doesn't affect my support. It's not very long, but it gets the point across. You know some very useful-to-know languages, and multi-lingual moderators are always needed. Unfortunately, Canadians (American Timezone essentially) are not needed - we have a surplus of American moderators. Again, this doesn't really affect my support, but it will affect your likelihood of promotion.
You've never struck me as the moderator type, for as long as I've known you. I dunno if you're really suited to the job. That being said, I wouldn't object to you being on the team: you're just similar to the kind of people that don't stay very long. Sorry if that's offensive.
Also what's up with your profile pictures? They always make be really uncomfortable. I think a mod should generally not have half naked people as their profile picture >_>;;;
Anyway, I'm still supporting this, because you're multi-lingual, dedicated to the server, and a proper good person. I just have some concerns along with those good points.

haha thanks, i didn't make my application extremely colorful because i personally think black text is easiest to read, and is more professional. anyway to address some of your concerns many of the times when im online isn't within the typical can/us times because of my sleep schedule (i sleep in the evening and wake up at 2-3AM pretty often), and there aren't always staff online when i am. and i know i dont really seem like the mod type i guess, and idk about my profile pictures lol i'm willing to change them if people ask but no one really does lmao

 

Alright, I'm happy to put our disliking for one another aside if it means having someone like you on the staff team. Yes you're blunt but you're not an a*****e about it like everyone else. Yes we had problems on another server with miscommunication but I know you're more than capable and you were fair when moderating. Although only two staff members support this and the others don't, I know you're capable, I am able to see past people. You are capable unlike most of the current staff we have.
This is why I'm giving you another support.
However I'd like to give you feedback. I'm aware that you don't do much because you don't need to, but activity could go up a little and try helping around a bit. Good luck Jess.
