Today I got banned for advertising. I regret to say that I do not have teamspeak, so I am currently unable to follow the format. I admit that I was advertising, and I am sorry to have disrespected the Skyblock rules. This is my first Skyblock ban, and I feel that I do deserve a ban. But I play with some of my friends and wanted to see if anybody could either shorten or remove my ban. If not possible, that is okay. I will not mention who banned me because I deserved it. Also, I was wondering where you can sign up for teamspeak. I entered ts.skyblock.net into the search bar but then it said this page couldn't be read. I am sad that I got banned, but what do you expect? I got banned for saying, "I just made a new minecraft server! Msg me for ip address".

If this format is incorrect, please inform me. I will change it to the desired layout. Please know that it is okay if my ban appeal is denied, as I know that more players have appeals.

Why did you think it was okay to advertise another server? You know the rules.

 

I know that it isn't okay and I only did it because I was exited about my new server. I regret to have disrespected the rules and promise that it will never happen again.

if you disrespect staff you can get banned for 1 - 3 days

If there is a broken rule based off of chat it can result in a 30 minute - 2 hour mute or ban

Huge chat assult can cause in a 1 - 3 day ban

Advertising bans can result in a 31 day ban

DDos hacking ban can be a 7 - 31 day ban based Off of offense

Private info is a 31 day ban

Impersonating a staff is a 3 - 7 day ban

Posting obsurd Links: 31 day ban

Scamming is a 31 day ban

Griefing is a 31 day ban

Innapropriate user /nick names is a 7 - 31 day ban

Death wishes/threats are a 31 day ban

Player killing is a 3 day ban

I'd like you to explain each rule, not just list the infraction time.

 

Disrespecting staff is being rude to staff

Broken chat rules are having an offense due to chat

Huge chat assalt are stuff like KYS and you should pull a hannah baker (examples, explaining)

Advertising bans is like what I did (posting IP's)

Hacking ban is hacking and cheating

Sharing private info is illegal (phone numbers and addresses)

Impersonating staff is acting like one or taking part in acting as one.

Posting obsurd links is stuff inappropriate and unessessary.

Scamming (people give you the price but you don't give object)

Grieving is destroying others property

Inappropriate username is setting you /nick to an offensive name

Death threats are EXTREMELY illegal and I don't believe that a tempban is even enough. Stuff like kill yourself.

Player killing is killing a user, on purpose. (Lava / trapping).

 

I feel the need to still apologize about advertising. If I get unbanned, I promise this will never happen again.

 

Next time you break a rule (which I hope not), it will not be easy as this. I hope you have a wonderful day.
