I bought it on my xbox 360 a while ago on my account but I can't figure out how to get it and access it on xbox one?

 

Just put it in the Xbox one, and it will download the game and you'll be able to play it. There is a list of backward compatibility games on their website, and they are adding more. Tell me if that helped
