Hello Skyblock community!
I believe that the owners should remove all negative ratings on forums.
I have heard of a lot of different issues on negative ratings, such as, "Revenge ratings", "Rate Abuse" and more.

If we could remove these ratings,
1. Some rules would be removed such as revenge ratings and rate abuse. The moderators does not have to deal with these rules ever again.
2. We could have a stronger community, usually, members in our Skyblock community hate each other because they gave each other negative ratings. This have been another problematic issue. Creating a safe and healthy environment is crucial for a Minecraft Server Forums.
3. Less trouble for everyone

I'm not too sure, so I'm gonna say neutral. I can definitely see the advantages, but they're sometimes useful.
I'm not sure if they can be removed either.

They can be removed. As I was an assistant of pervious Server Forums before, they are be easily removed.

Like seriously, they could all be positive and the notable members tab would just say "Most Ratings", and since all of them would be positive, tbh nobody would be b****ing about gaining neutrals or negatives.

 

Neutral. They are used so people know something they have done is wrong because they have many negative ratings on a post. On the flip side, I have been the victim of revenge rating. I had a disagreement with Cheesy and since then he has placed rude ratings on many of my posts, whether or not they were related to the disagreement. However, it wasn't rate abuse as he slyly did them at different times. I mean, I don't know, this could stop people like him doing that.

Also, his perms should be removed as I see now he puts 'rude' ratings on completely normal posts.
It really aggravates me that he can get away with that.

 

Just remember this, these are virtual ratings, it wont affect your life, calm down.
If this matters to you, then you should support this opinion.

i dont understand why there even is ratings. its a website dedicated to a virtual server in a game. nothing on it should matter, especially some ratings. support anyway

 

dude you act like youve been a victim of like arson or something. like Ectaxi said, its virtual. nothing on this website matters. eventually it will end and your gonna look back and ask yourself ''what was the point of those ratings?'' and it will all mean nothing.

what im saying was you said you were a victim of revenge rating. revenge rating is not something to be a victim of.
