i know im an appeal account, but i decided to do something good.

because cyp has to approve new accounts, no non alt can join, because cyp is barely on. and ban alts can come on either. i had to get Krissy to create this account for me.

 

Are you sure it's administrator and not moderator?

 

this only happens when you have more than a few alt accounts, normally.

 

it says administrator.

They can, it happens sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.
