I am not sure if this should be in report or help section? If it should can a mod move it please. This happened on my alts account/island which is glassshop. Okay. So at my mall I have to heads on sale. The one I am focusing on is a 2016 placed santa. I went offline and whilst I was offline someone took the head and left a chest next to it with 361 diamonds in it. I found out from Krissy it was Heyitspugg , who is trusted on my island so she can have a shop in my mall. She took it and thought that 136 diamonds was enough (may I add there was a sign next to it saying 'guide price 300 diamonds'). Anyway When I got online I asked her and she said she cannot give it back because she has sold it and she cannot remember who to. So, She took the head (she did pay for it but a very low price) and she didn't ask me either. I am not sure what to do. She did say sorry when I messaged her and I'm fairly sure she did not do it on purpose. The worst bit of this is the head does not officially belong to me, it belongs to my coop member lordgutyt , who has left for a holiday just yesterday. he will be away for 2 weeks and I have no contact with him outside of minecraft. Can I mod please full fill me on how we can get it back? I'm not sure if you can trace the head in the logs as I don't know whether it has been placed in a chest. Thankyou.. (Although the head is not officially mine I am allowed to sell it etc. Because the real owner (my coop partner) said its fine.) Also I have left the diamonds in the same chest which I have privated. I will give Heyitspugg a full refund if its possible to get back.. I don't know about the other player she sold it to.. EDIT: I'm think she may have done it on purpose now as My diamond blocks have gone as well and the logs show her taking them :/
Mate, with no proof of the third-player buyer (the buyer from Heyitspugg), there is no real way to trace it, at all. I wish you the best, and I suggest you just stop /trust'ing players, and keep ALL rares locked in a chest. You are renowned for having your rares lost, bugged, or stolen. Again, good luck.
You cannot ask the mods to give you back the "head" since you have full responsibility of this head and it is almost impossible to trace it back. I have heard Pug selling the head. I was going to buy it
He's not asking for the head to be given as a refund without finding the original. He has asked for the mods to assist him in finding where the original head has gone.
Yeah look people need to stop landing people rares and to not display heads unless you 100% trust the person. I can't tell you how many people have lost rares like this. I have a spare santa head I will sell at a low price to you. But as for a refund I can only do that if the mod vault had one, which we don't
Krissy how much ud sell it for Tim? (He lost much Dias due to newisland So id buy it for him if its really cheap, if not then I couldnt afford but otherwise id buy it for him and not to own it myself but for him bc we are friends if u dont believe me ask Tim )
Of course Krissy he helped me alot and gave me free stuff over the time so id like to give him something back just tell me the price to look if I can even afford ;P
