I am. I’m pushing the blame because I am not at fault for this entire ordeal. I made a ‘to be honest’ thread and replied honestly. If you do not want honestly, do not ask for it. No other player complained about what I said about them, despite the fact that some could have been taken just as bad.

Emerald was so upset with my ‘to be honest’ reply because every point I made was spot on and he, and everyone else, knew it. If I had sent that via PM he would have ignored it. If I posted it in the staff section he would have ignored it. If I posted it in any of the staff chats, he would have ignored it.

We never saw eye to eye and I accepted that. He was a softer moderator and I was ruthless and made sure that things were done meticulously. Loose ends and nonsense bans were always my points of focus. I always avoided anything regarding my ‘friends’ or myself and it always worked.

I sent Emerald, Clxrity, and Extasify a PM trying to get over any beef and/or issue we may have had.

A bit blunt and a tad threatening, but why is someone a moderator if they refuse to work as a team? I made the initiative to reach out and fix it and I got a one line sentence that tossed it back in my face. You better believe I was angry. Never have I been so disrespected and disregarded by a trial moderator.

The kick in the face is not only was my word disregarded, another moderator’s word was ignored, as well. They were a super moderator. No matter how much you distrust me and my word, can you really label them as the same?

Official demotion message.

Hey. dude..

I've spoken to you about it once but this time you have gone way too far. I can't have you talking down to the moderators like this, especially in public. It's also not appropriate for you to speak that way to another person as a forum administrator.

I'd also appreciate you don't tell the moderators I am going to demote them. I never once spoke to you about demoting moderators, ever. They messaged me because they were worried I was demoting them.

I'm afraid I'm going to revoke your permission as a forum administrator. This is unacceptable behavior, Sean. I can't have you acting like this towards the moderators.

Now, let’s break this down.

Right. The main reason for demotion is listed in the very first paragraph. My ‘to be honest’ thread. I never thought something like this would be a reason for demotion. It makes sense, but if this was a real work environment, you cannot get the manager fired for swearing or being honest. I have seen managers thrash (not psychically) employees in front of customers.

As much as I respect Cypriot, this is slightly weak.

Again, I never threatened to demote them, I simply said that Clxrity should relish her last few moments before Cypriot found out. I was obviously wrong assuming refusing to work as a team and ignore other staff continuously was demote worthy. I have seen moderators demoted for less.

Understandable, but very one-track. I cannot act like that to them, but they can attack me, leak things for weeks, and ignore everything I say? Emerald was leaking to Roblox when Roblox was a staff member on .zone, the same period when most people from .zone were banned on sight, and he wasn’t punished.

Please do not attack Cypriot at all. That will just get you guys punished and that’s not fair.

Funny thing is those mods now will never be demoted to prove a point, unless they legit ban the whole server they'll never be demoted now.

If you are suggesting that staff who abuse will not be demoted you are wrong. SO Sean leaving the team means no staff will ever be removed if need be? lmao

Sean was so useful cause he was in my opinion one of the only non biased mods that would take whatever was being said into consideration, especially during staff reports. idk just my opinion

also blaq didn't get demoted for his abuse of removing ratings given to himself? lol
