The original appeal can be located here.

    Connortim's last response:
I have something to say about that, and I hope this appeal is reconsidered. As a player, I have the right to reappeal, since you did not state so otherwise. So please do not automatically decline this.

I did not say my post was not rude. I said that my post was not directly and extremely rude toward Connor, and that because he asked for my opinion, it is not my fault that he did not agree with it. And because of those two points, my ban is illegitimate.

You cannot ban someone because you asked for an opinion.

I admit my post was rude. Rude in the sense that I had said Cypriot did not possess a p***s, was under the influence of an illegal substance, and that his business was failing. What I had said about Connor was a simple truth that could not have been reworded in a way that would be as simple and/or effective.

If the word choice has offended you, I apologize. However, the words themselves were not explicitly impolite or offensive, because they state simple facts without using crude language, offensive slurs, or meant to arouse any type of negative emotion, which is what rudeness is defined as.

What I had said was not eloquent, it was not kind, but it most certainly was not rude toward Connor.

Furthermore, my right to an shortened/removed ban does not lie in my ability to empathize, but instead in your ability to accept what you had asked for. You asked for my honest opinion, and you not accepting the truth is your mistake.

There is no reason for me to have been given the longest possible ban time (as per the infraction thread) in this specific context.

You cannot ban someone because you asked for an opinion.

You cannot ban someone because you did not agree with said opinion.

You cannot refuse to consider an appeal because the person was not grovelling at your feet.

You cannot refuse to consider an appeal because the person does not want to own up to your mistake.

I would appreciate if this was thoroughly reconsidered, considering the situation of my statement, and what I have written in this appeal and the last appeal, which is linked above for those who have not yet read it.

Can I get a response on this? I just want to make sure that staff has seen this. It's fine if the staff need time.

Here's where I think the memory of what you said evades you since you were clearly rude to Connor. Right here, in fact is where you were.
In other words where you said in this appeal right about...here
    You are clearly mistaken.
    a) The above statement is saying Connor was sucking d*** to get staff which is offensive to Connor.
    b) It is rude to imply that his only talent is sucking d***
    c) Using the term d*** is considered a swear word
    d) The act of sucking d*** is something inappropriate to say in the first place

So yes, what you said was not only rude to Connor, but rude to Cyp. Your ban was legitimate.

Now coming back to why you got given the longer punishment I think that is self explanatory. You have been banned prior for disrespect. You already know the rules and as I said before, a tbh thread is no excuse for being rude, inappropriate and offensive because that is not what was asked and is against the rules.

You cannot ban someone because you asked for an opinion.

Yes you can, if the opinion is written in such a way that is against the rules, rude, offensive, etc.

You cannot ban someone because you did not agree with said opinion.

He didn't. He banned you because your opinion was rule and broke the rules.

You cannot refuse to consider an appeal because the person was not grovelling at your feet.
You were in the wrong anyway so he can deny it if he wants.

You cannot refuse to consider an appeal because the person does not want to own up to your mistake.
Except you made the mistake of thinking tbh threads are excuses to break the rules. Not Connor.

    Appeal denied.
