I'm new to forums, i made an account so that i could get unbanned, but i have been using it daily and i realized recently that i was unable to rate posts. I thought perhaps that it was something simple that i just wasn't seeing or whatever but i looked at a recent post and saw that person couldn't rate either, so i knew it wasn't just me. I'm just wondering if this could be because i was banned? Would that have anything to do with it?

First of all is this your second account? If it is you're not supposed to just to get unbanned. Second, I believe you need to have a certain number of posts to start rating.

You have enough posts to rate now, but didn't before you made this thread. It is required to have 25 posts before you are able to rate - you have that now .
