Sadly, i cannot get on the server. (I have seen 2 moderators) neither could help. I fell into the void and now i get a disconnected whenever I try to log in. (i can access other servers) Please help. My forum username is the same as my in-game name.
How do you mean? You need to ask a staff member to teleport you somewhere when you log in - do you have an island? This usually happens when you don't have one.
already asked. didnt work. I had just reset the island, but I fell off parkour when it happened. not anything to do with island.
You need to contact a mod via teamspeak server so they can teleport you to a safe place the moment you log in, and then you will be able to make a new island, after which you'll be able to log in properly. Alternatively you can change your password and give me your login info so I can do it from my end -- this will not require you and a mod to communicate through teamspeak, but might take a few hours to happen.
