People have their opinions/reasons, whether they're to your liking or not. There's no format as to how one should share their reasoning, therefore you cannot do anything about that. If you seek a more thoughtful one, you ask politely, with patience.

Perhaps give yourself more time to be more patient with people, whether they're being rude or complex with you. Do not drive yourself for a position just because you 'love' the server and enjoy entertaining others. And stop mentioning Connor lmao he has nothing to do with your readiness for such a position.

Second of all, the best thing I see going for you right now is that you seem active.

And finally, you remind me of myself when I first heard criticism. Equine may be coming off as a bit abrasive in your view, however he is giving you good criticism. When a person is judged on their maturity it is hard to take, but reacting back in an aggressive fashion is not the right way to take it. Trust me, I know, I was like that too. This isn't intended to be offensive, however the way you have reacted to equine in this post is immature. If anything, you are proving his point. I can't confirm the jokes he says you made, however based on what I am seeing, he does have a point. I have advice for you, as I have been where you are: I learned that a person has to learn to swallow their pride/ego, whatever you want to call it, and accept that it could very well be true. I am sure if equine didn't think you were immature, that he wouldn't have said that. I know this is hard to take. At this point, I suggest you back off for a bit and fix the areas you need to improve. Zephyr gave me wise advice when I was in your position. He said: "a person doesn't change overnight." if you wish to talk to me more concerning this struggle you are having, you can private message me. It would be best to talk to someone else privately about it (like me, as I am willing), rather than publicly, and end up embarrassing yourself. I would like to talk to you regarding this if you wish.
