You have recently created an alt by the name of Soodithy on forums which is against our rules.

 

I'm sorry, who? Do an IP check, nothing will come up I haven't done anything.

 

1. Prove it's me.
2. I saw that appeal, show realname proof.
3. Forums and in game has nothing to do with each other, you can't ban in game for a forums offence even if you did have proof which you don't because it's not me.
4. Stop trying to continually increase my ban.

 

Ok so, I hear your proof is "soodithys appeal" where someone nick abused me and wrote that, not only is that not forums related but it's not a full screenshot and lacks realname proof.

You have no reason to keep me banned.

Kato's going to say exactly what I'm going to say, so I'll post here.

You were given a final chance; your ban was shortened with the agreement that each offense committed next on the forums, no matter how minor or insignificant, would result in another month ban to your account. You understood this and agreed to it.

You created an alternate account, Soodithy, in an attempt to access the forums whilst still banned. You proceeded to tell someone else on your profile to "f*** off" along with being verbally abusive to others. You also posted on profiles of those that are your friends, such as Queen or RobloxianRoblox. I believe you used the phrase "What is your specimen?" something you say in-game all of the time. This isn't proof in itself, but it adds suspicion and gives us more reason to believe you're an alternate account.

The proof came inside this appeal where Krissy and Sarge both posted separate proof of this account being not being StampyLongArm's, but yours. If this isn't enough for you, the screenshots are below. <edited>

Stel, you're not being banned for an in-game offense. If I were to ban you for an in-game offense, it'd look something like me banning you on the forums for griefing someone's island, or repeatedly flaming in chat. Here we have you, in-game, basically admitting that you have an alternate account. There's absolutely no other way those screenshots could be interpreted, and StampyLongArms themselves have told us that the account wasn't owned by them or their "sister."

We're not trying to increase your ban, Stel. We actually really want you to stop breaking the rules on the forums. That's why Kato and I decided that any further offenses committed would result in a much more severe punishment, in hopes that you would finally stop breaking the rules. You gained our trust from your apology, and we really believed that you might finally actually decide to come clean. But no, you actually just continued breaking the rules on the day after your whole apology appeal was accepted/denied. Clearly, this hasn't worked. Hopefully you'll actually learn from your ban this time.

 

Also, please unfollow everyone that you're following on this alternate account. You know this is against the rules, and you've actually been warned before for doing the exact same thing.

Alright so now, talking like someone is considered enough proof to ban them? Suspicion isn't proof.

Secondly, that screenshot is a half screenshot starved of realname proof. Furthermore that is not sufficient evidence to back up this ban.

Thirdly I apologise for the following of people, I believe someone went on the account without my knowledge and did follow others.

Also, id like to mention that the title of this thread gives a vibe that the mods aren't taking this appeal seriously. "Kaytoe" mocking shouldn't be allowed in a serious appeal. Especially from a moderator.

I hear you're talking about loopholes. Firstly, loopholes aren't illegal, I'm not making loopholes I'm clearly stating that you're wrong and you don't have proof. YOU are using a loophole to keep me banned without proof by pointing the finger and claiming I'm making loopholes.

Furthermore I'd like to say that MindSensation needs to stay off this appeal after multiple attempts to keep me banned due to his personal bias towards me. Just cos I hate his ONLINE GIRLFRIEND

 

I'm tired of this Stel. I already warned you from your last appeal, that I literally just handled. I've spoken with the player online and they've never had a forums account. It isn't there "brothers", nor their "sisters". This wouldn't be happening if you just followed the rules. It isn't that hard, as our rules aren't unfair, nor are they honestly that strict. We want to just provide a safe and family friendly environment for our players, since many are below the ages of 16. Upon your main forums account being unbanned briefly in the last few days, you used vulgar language, inappropriate slurs, upon many other things that break our rules. That alone would be enough for me to just realize you don't deserve this unban, due to you trying to abuse another player into agreeing to your scheme regarding their forums account. Now I will say the bigger issue to me here is that if that player were to ever make a forums account with that name, they'd have instant suspicion placed upon them due to your interference. Alas, finally I'm not trying, nor would I want to increase your ban. I have always been and always will be a strong advocate for non-perm bans, as well as unbanning players early, as I did so in your previous ban appeal when I lessened your ban time considerably, but I will say I'm tired of this cat and mouse game we are playing. Either follow the rules, or continually get banned. I do wish to see a day where you are unbanned and actually respect the moderation team, since we do this because it is our duty to the server, not because we have personal vendettas against players, or groups of players. I will leave you with a final quote from my parting first lady, "We learned about honesty and integrity - that the truth matters... that you don't take shortcuts or play by your own set of rules... and success doesn't count unless you earn it fair and square." I just want you to follow the rules given and have a great time playing on our server and conversing on our forums. I do hope you have a great day and happy crafting.
