Judging from the fossil record, and experiments that have been done. That evolution is the only logical answer and the existence of a deity or higher power is false. As well as largely harmful to society.
Because evolutions happens over the course of millions and millions of years. There's fossil proof of evolution, but there's not much of that evidence since it happens in such a long time frame. Also when the plates shifted and the ice age occurred some proof was actually lost and destroyed Events such as the meltdown and the ice age made it hard for scientists to find evidence of certain species evolving. Why? Well becsuse in the past scientists have found for example... the skeleton of a wooly mammoth in the middle of the jungle.
