In game, Galactic was my first, so I have to give them respects first. Team Rocket is OG so they're nice. Aqua is a fun team in my opinion and Hoenn is one of my favorite region. Ideals-wise, I have to choose Team Plasma as I could actually find myself agreeing with their statements and I liked N.
The most well known Pokemon villain team, also the first, is definitely Team Rocket. Not only do they appear in the original games, but they appear in the show as well!
Well, I've only played Red on an emulator on my friends phone, and I'm currently going through FireRed on my Ds Lite (Yeah, I still have one of those) so they are the only ones I'm honestly familiar with.
