I see a lot of threads in the applications section where people don't follow the format so i think if there were a way to have the format in the text box when the thread is first being drafted it would help a lot of people whether or not they are eligible for mod. This could also be applied to the report section based on what is being reported.

[Edit]: I think this would be best in the reports section but there would have to be some way to make the format pertain to what is being reported beforehand...

He has the add-on already as well. It's called "Thread Stencils". I also set it up there and can say it's fairly simple.
