there's a mod that lets you keybind that on the original skyrim

Update!
The initial serpent body is complete, minus the head as I want to be able to see how part of the actual guy fits onto the snake's body before I add that.
I plan to make changes on the serpent as I go on as well to make sure it is fine tuned and looks perfect, this is just my initial serpent.
