Naming the ranks is a good idea but it may cause a bit of confusion since it has been this way for a while. Much like how on org we have overlords and highrollers, and skygods on net. Maybe borrowing from the old skywars ranks such as skyknight, skylord etc would work but again, confusing to implement on a 4 yo server.

Couldn't you just like broadcast it and also for the islands, can you not use the normal island like make like custom ones
I think he is saying, 1st of all, to make a broadcast every so often that announces that the rank names are getting changed. Secondly, he wants more choice/variety of starting island shapes. That should be stated in a second suggestion but he doesn't know that.
If you want the custom islands, go to nearly any other skyblock server. I like skynlock.net because it stays true to the original skyblock.
