Hi guys, I'm Jennie, as most of you know I recently resigned due to being unable to log on with the 2 ip limitation. Turns out I can log on from both of my homes now (magic????) so I decided to re-apply because I still love helping out the community of skyblock. If you'd like a little more info on why I resigned just send me an inbox and I'll explain more in-depth Anyways, onto the good stuff c: Your in-game name: My in-game name is Supermonkey000. Most refer to me as Jennie because that is my in game nick name. What timezone are you in?: I am in Eastern Standard Timezone (UTC-5:00). What country do you live in?: I live in Ontario, Canada. What languages do you speak?: I speak fluent english as well as a small bit of french (I am able to understand what most things say but not speak it fluently). I also have access to google translate if ever needed Do you have 2FA enabled?: Yes I do have 2FA enabled as I had to as a mod before hand. Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) : Yes. I have Gyazo downloaded as well as a screen recording soft-ware pre-downloaded onto my laptop. I am fully able to capture evidence. Why do you think you should become a mod?: I think I should be a mod because I have multiple qualifications that make me suitable for the position. Here are a few of them: Timezone: I believe being in the timezone I'm in provides me with benefits as majority of the server players are in this timezone or in a timezone similar to my own. This will allow me to help out during the rush of players during that timezone. Mature: Whenever I deal with serious matters, I am always mature. I try my complete best to refrain from being biased and if I ever feel that I am being biased I will ask another person to take my place in handling the matter. I take criticism well and I do not shy away when threatened. I am not afraid of a dox nor am I scared of a ddos. I will do my job to the best of my ability no matter the circumstance. This is a needed qualification as a mod because if you can't be mature when dealing with serious matters how can you expect others to be mature? Quick-Learner: I've always been able to get commands and such down easily. When I first became mod I didn't have a clue how to work logblock and I had gotten it down in just a little over a day. This benefits when there is new moderator commands that'll help me help others. Honest: A big pet peeve of mine is lying. I was raised by my dad to be completely against lying although my mother lies to me a lot (which increases my distaste for lying). Honesty will be able to assist me when helping others because then they'd know I'd never lie to them, for example if I can't help them with a certain problem without evidence they will know I am not saying it just to slack off and be lazy. Trustworthy: In high school theres always many secrets to be told and to hear, I think of myself as a trustworthy person because whenever someone tells me something they don't want others knowing I don't tell anyone else. I'm the person my whole family comes to to tell secrets and such and I hope that the kind of trust my family has for me can be found here as well. This is beneficial because there are many secrets that are not to be shared with others in the moderator sections. Fast-Typer: Because I have been in the community for such a long time I am able to type quickly, even when I'm not looking at my keyboard. This allows me to be able to kick, ban, tempban, mute, very quickly. It also enables me to answer people questions in chat faster as well as respond to pm's quickly. Patient: Growing up in a family with a younger and older brother both hell-bent on annoying me, I've grown to be a very patient. This benefits me for when I am helping a player who's first language is not english or a player who struggles with grammar/language or even an emotional player. Dedicated: For the 3, nearly 4 years I've been on the server I have always tried my best to be active and play whenever I could. I never wished to resign, I felt as though I had to because of my irl problems, my problems are slowly coming to an end and I am able to get on for as long as the time I promised when I first applied. Being dedicated is an important part of being a mod. If you are not dedicated, you can not be a reliable or beneficial mod. How long can you be active on the server everyday?: Sunday: 1-5 hours (between the times of 10:00 am - 10:00 pm) Monday: 1-3 hours (between the times of 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm/8:00 pm - 11:30 pm) Tuesday: 1-7 hours (between the times of 4:00 - 11:00) Wednesday: 1-7 hours (between the times of 4:00 - 11:00) Thursday: 1-7 hours (between the times of 4:00 - 11:00) Friday: 1-8 hours (between the times of 10:00 am - 5:00 am [Saturday]) Saturday: 1-8 hours (10:00 am - 5:00 am [Sunday]) *note* times may change during holidays How long have you been playing Skyblock?: I joined late 2012 before my activity dropped because previously I played on my brothers account. When I got a new account mid 2013 I began to actively play skybock again. Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) : No I have not and I hope I won't ever be. Do you have any past experience as a moderator?: Yes, as many of you know I was previously a moderator here. I also have multiple experiences being staff on other servers. I am currently staff on a smaller server but that will not affect my activity as I am able to balance between both servers. My past experience of being mod helped expand my qualifications as moderator, for example, whenever I deal with a matter I know to investigate further into the matter rather than sit back and act lazy. Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes, I believe I do meet all the requirements to become a member of the staff team. 50 Post Count ✓ Two Factor Authentication - Click here to set up 2FA ✓ 2 Weeks registered on the Skyblock forums ✓ Moderators are required to have Skype or Teamspeak 3 for offline communication ✓
I wasn't first I supported you then, and I'll still support you now. You've been a wonderful mod, and I always enjoy moderating with you Jennie .
Thanks c: Yeah. I completely regret resigning. I was just inactive so long (since mid summer) and I thought It would just keep going on like that but then it cleared up nearly 2 weeks later xD
