    Server name;
    Skyblock.net (Survival)

    In-game name?
    GummiTDM

    Full exact Ban Message:
    Scamming Please appeal at Skyblock Forums MindSensation

    Did you read the rules;
    Yes, I do not understand what was going on in my head to make me do this. I was not sure what I was thinking. I knew I was going to get banned. The rules state that scamming is absolutely illegal.

    Why do YOU think you were banned;
    Well. I KNOW I was banned for scamming others at a casino. (Faking that there was a diamond to be won, but there was not.) And of course, I regret my choice for doing this as it resulted in a 7 day ban.

    Was this an incorrect ban?
    Absolutely not. I made the fault, not the staff of the server.

    Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for?
    I have been temporarily banned on skyblock.net 3 times for either swearing, being rude OR getting kicked by the console for flying.

    Why do you think you should be unbanned?
    Because I will never scam again, and I know that this is what most players say but I really do mean it. I am so sorry for scamming all those poor people and when I come back, I will not scam ever again and make the server a better place.

    Extra;
    I know the feeling of being scammed, its terrible so I regret my choice of scamming those poor greenies. I basically controled them into using the casino. (Because I used coloured chat and said "you can win a diamond" BUT everytime they spun it, I would take it out.

    You were rude to me in-game, you denied scamming, and you laughed off being banned. You knew scamming was illegal and you continued to do it. You lied to your fellow players and to a staff member. You and PaulTDM have both shown me that you don't really care about being banned. How am I supposed to know that you feel any remorse at all?

    That's all you have? That you're sorry?
    Based on the way you've acted in game and on the forums, you're clearly not sorry. You're going to have to try a bit harder, mate.

    I have deleted my unwanted posts on your profile. If for some reason you think I am PaulTDM, I am not. I posted 1 comment on your profile, which wasn't supposed to upset you. If you look at the top of this page, a appeal exists so no, "I'm sorry" is not all I have. As I said before yes of course I am sorry because I did the wrong thing. And also as I have said, this is my first ban on NET. So I was upset when I got caught in the act. I'm also not as mature as most people, which isn't my fault. I acted the way I did to you in game because of my brain and thoughts of what to do and say. When you said that I was caught, I was shaking uncontrollably. Which as I said above, is because of my mental problems.
    So, no. "I'm sorry" is not all I have,.

    So what you're saying is that it's not your fault, and that it's just because of a mental illness?

    No, that is not what I am saying. Of course it is me as a human being to take control of my actions. I just loose track of whats wrong and what is right. Also, I believe you changed the ban to Non-appealable? I am pretty sure that isn't allowed. But alas, I am not the mod. You are.
    My actions are my responsibility, not anyone else's. I take full blame. I am not blaming it on anything that I as a human do not have control over.

    That was just the ban message that I set for PaulTDM, ignore it. You knew the rules and you broke them, I don't think you lost track of what was right and what was wrong. You knew what you were doing was wrong, and you still did it. You then lied to me about what you were doing, and didn't admit your wrongness until after you knew you were getting banned. You have taken the full blame of your actions, you're absolutely right: it's why you're banned. Simply stating that you're taking responsibility for your actions isn't enough.

    Throughout the appeal, you've tried to claim that it's not you're fault because you're immature, or that it's not your fault because you've got a mental illness. The only bit of remorse that you've shown me in this thread has been when you stated that you understood the feeling of being scammed, having been scammed before. That doesn't really matter though, because you clearly read the rules, you clearly knew what you were doing was wrong, and you did it anyways.

    All of this points to little to none remorse on your part. Feel free to appeal in three days or so when you actually feel bad about what you did.
