No support. I only see you on org about once a WEEK and when you come on all you do is talk with maisaaa and don't help.
Is there anything to help on with org in our timezone? That's why we have forums to handle most scams and griefs.
Thank you for your constructive criticism, I will definitely work on my activity. But fyi, I was away last week due to camp which is why my activity dropped, but now I am back and I am working on increasing my activity.
Suggested listening: The Lumineers - Cleopatra I admire patience a great deal because it is a trait you simply can't pretend to have. Truly waiting for something or someone means setting aside your own need for a response and accepting that there may never be closure. In an age of instant "Seen" confirmations and immediate replies the art of simply waiting for someone else is vanishingly rare. Thanks for the patience, Ms. Chicky. I reflexively high-fived the screen when you started with "What's up". I might have a slight muscular reflex issue left over from being alive in the '90s. Nice to meet you, Ms. Nice. The stereotypes are thick on the ground around here. +1 immediately for providing a correct time zone! So many people crash and burn right here. If you are promoted someone is absolutely going to make a "Mod Made in China" joke. I am calling it now (2016/12/09). +1 for being multi-lingual, that is highly impressive. Drop "Japanese" and "Dutch" from your list; if you can't have a conversation in a language don't claim it on a job application. ...STOP! This is my favorite part of every application and I need a moment to get settled. [✔] Kid in bed. [✔] Fresh drink. [✔] Wife distracted with Christmas shopping. ..LET'S DO THIS. Wow. That didn't take long. Starting your job application by taking shots at the staff is pretty bold. I can admire that in a "Your Funeral" kind of way. Instead of implying the current staff isn't online enough perhaps you might want to rephrase this a bit? Something like "I see many people in need of help and I would like to be there for them"? If you get promoted some of your future teammates might remember how you said they weren't doing enough. Cool story. Why is this here, Ms. Nice? Removing this paragraph doesn't change your application at all-- it looks like filler. Maybe I am missing a subtle point or a deep personal insight. Consider removing this portion or rephrasing it in a way that makes your story enhance this job application. Challenge accepted!: Can you write a better qualification? Honesty is not something you can ever prove by writing about it. In a bizarre twist the more you talk about how honest you are the less everyone believes you, ma'am. Instead of "honesty" why not try something like "Sincere", "Forthright" or perhaps "Candid"? These mean you do not mind speaking the truth (as you see it) and provide commentary in a very plain-spoken kind of way... which is an extremely rare trait to have. #Failgasm Do not disqualify yourself in your own application. "Unbiased... [except] to the people I'm close with" made me wonder if I was reviewing Donald Trump's Twitter feed. » BONUS: Double Fail «"Greenie" is a shortened form of "greenhorn". It means someone new or inexperienced at a certain job. Some synonyms include naif, amateur, virgin and simpleton. You are calling new players virgin idiots by using the word "greenie". Argument: "But their names are green! So... greenie!" Counter: "Greenhorn" has been used negatively since the 1800s. Unless Mr. Merks has an incredibly sly sense of humor the non-donor color is a complete accident. Counter-er: Try calling someone a "Blackie" and see how that works out for you. Now you know better. Stop calling new players names on your job application. Replace this with a better qualification. "Maturity" is a lot like "honesty": You cannot prove you have this by writing it on an application. Please replace this quality with something you can actually demonstrate online. Good qualities I have seen in the past are things like open-minded, approachable, mediator, etc. These are things you can show just by playing with other people. If you intend to keep this "Mature" qualification please replace that "ensure" with "assure". Do not disqualify yourself in your own job application. "Patient: Everyone's patience has limits" gave me a stroke and I ended up liking Katy Perry videos. REWORD THIS. Why are you talking about how you lose your patience and at the same time taking a swing at everyone you are helping by calling them slow typists and/or slow learners? How is this in any way a good Moderator trait? Why not talk about how patience is one of the best traits a staff member can have? From there describe how you personally demonstrate this trait by answering a lot of commonly asked questions, taking time to explain yourself thoroughly and help anyone without experience in SkyBlock. Examples, please...? "I have a regular job and work 15 hours a week"? "I am often asked to babysit seven of my cousins because of how reliable I am". Something like that? Responsibility is good quality but you need to explain how you demonstrate this or just throw out the entire section. For example I once stayed awake for twenty-eight hours straight so I could squeeze an Ambu bag every six seconds to keep someone alive. That is clear-cut situation of personal responsibility. Explain why you have this trait and what you've done to show it. +1. Please add something about why being encouraging is important to a Moderator and this would be an excellent qualification. For the love of dogs and dynamite: WHEN? When are you online! Are you volunteering for the midnight to 1am shift...? Please provide a time of day you expect to be online for 4 hours. Shorten this to just "Twice. Nick abuse and advertising." The people involved in your bans (staff, admins) already know the details. Everyone else (your readers/supporters) don't need details and it makes you look bad. Just own it and don't add additional comments. Did you kill that server? Not accusing, just asking ma'am. What did you do for that server? Were you in charge of investigating grief accusations? Head of Minigame Development? Lead builder? Sing-Along Coordinator...? Please list what your job was, not just where you played. Quite welcome, Ms. Chicky. Overall you have a very "middle of the road" application, there isn't a whole lot here that makes you stand out. There also isn't a whole lot that works against you. Work on explaining why your qualities would make you the best pick for a staff position and you'll have a pretty good application here. In the meantime: Support Status: Mostly There (Good enough for a support.)
i dont know you but i read your application and i think you can make it as a mod and you see nice. you got this
