Apparently permanent bans can be given in special cases and repeat offences. However, that's not officially stated in the rules or anything, so...
It's just my opinion but I think some offenses should be an instant permban. The argument can be made that they didn't know, they didn't read the rules, etc...but that's never been tolerated before. If they really want to be unbanned they will find out how and they will make an appeal. that's what you call a LOOPHOLE
I would add that to the list of 31 day bans but it isn't worse than breaking some of the other rules.
Because it's not like he has access to alt accounts or anything. But yeah the rules are pretty dumb to me. I could just log on once a month if I wanted and grief someone.
Actually no. He usually uses cracked accounts when raiding servers. His main may be banned but he can still come at us (He attacked mineverse which might as well be Skyblock). We also will perm ban for major griefing.
I respect your opinion. We've changed our rules to give players more chances. We still do permbans, just not as many as we used to.
Max 31 day bans allow people to get away with a tad more serious things more often, with that its also vague so...
