I am assuming you could just you the spoiler thing, because that is accessible to anyone who wants to see it.

 

Nah it's something with numbers, like a single digit number represents a permissions group on the forums (e.g. guest, member, mod, admin, etc) and you include the numbers in the BB code somehow to manipulate who can and can't see the block but I don't know the numbers or how to include them

 

Wow. That's pretty cool if it does in fact work. I haven't ever heard of something like that, but I wouldn't be surprised if you could do something like that.
