I've already made a pm message to him on here & asked for Km & Krissy to messaged him over it. I haven't heard anything from both of them nor Cyp, so that's why I'm asking if this problem will be resolved soon.

Sure, It'll unfortunately be at least another half a day or so until this is resolved though. Cyp is currently offline and sleeping, so he will handle this when he wakes up. I've already spoken to him, so it should hopefully be done tomorrow. I'll update you soon.
