Hey guys! I started to play org alot these days. (I am not saying not to play .net) I think everyone should give org a try. There are many benefits (Also Negatives ) in .org Positives: -Auctions- You can start auctions rather than writing them, the auction is already in the system -Peaceful- There would be less bullying since there are less people right now. -Purpose- In .org, there is actually a purpose, you are more focused in your island. -Friendly- Throughout my experiences, I think that the people in org are friendlier -Mature- The players in .org are more mature (Depends if you are interested in playing in a server with a bunch of kids or with a bunch of more mature players) -GRIEF- In .org, it is not as easy to be grieved by players. Since that you have a personal balance, the money cannot be taken by others. (Expect if someone hacks yr Minecraft acc) I will not state the negatives (Let think positive) Players that had helped me and encourage me in .org: I will give you some players who can help you start out, they are extremely friendly, mature and more... xphstos37 Marsh_x <3 _Geeky CatsLock_ Orange_x ikillyou589 I will not include mods cuz I am lazy Overall, I think that everyone should give skyblock.org a try and I think skyblock.org deservers more player than just 1-18 players. I think the majority of Skyblock has tried org, aha. But yea, its fun. Very quiet though, which is why I prefer NET xD
I know, some people prefer net just because of the players and chat. This is why I want people to play org and we could chat there.
Yea I agree with your strategy But I mean, some people might just not like the idea of org (it being a server based on economy)
Yeye. Org has resets though, and it doesn't revolve around rares, but on how much someone makes. NET will never reset as people focus on rares, and rares only. (I mean building and stuff too but ya get what I mean). I guess its just up to what the player likes. I feel like we've all tried ORG at least once xD
i think about 60 thousand people from .org have tried .net XD and also thank you for mentioning me! it means a lot
I don't think so many.. The reason people don't really like Org is because it's quiet and it will therefore be a lot harder to trade etc. Even though Org has a less-toxic community, there's something in .NET that .ORG doesn't have to reel in the players.
Nice But you want to get MORE people on? Then this is irrelevant. That's not true. Throughout YOUR experiences. You're hitting on .net here. And this depends on your point of view. What makes .net easier? There are enderchests, lockettes, there is logblock and island protection I will not state the negatives (Let think positive) Well you didn't reallly state positives either. k
Org is one of those places you will need to adapt to and stay longer than a day to grasp. Org is basically the server you would want to be self sufficient for the most part. It is not harder to trade as there are chest shops. The difficulty is knowing where they are. When it comes to valuables trade it is a bit difficult but thats just how it is. Org does give you more purpose. It encourages you to farm and grind for money. Because you can sell most items at the shop without needing other people, even donors have something to do. Unlike net, where only certain items are useful for currency, I find less incentive to do anything but build. But honestly, while I will always promote org, it is really nice as a quiet server. As I have said in the past I have found org only users to separate themselves a bit. I honestly get caught in between servers.
