Yes. I have been playing for a couple years now with my mates (I'm Australian) and have not broken any rules.

Why do YOU think you were banned?:

Personally, I think that I was banned for killing his Ocelots which is ridiculous due to the fact that they automatically spawn back and there is nothing against it in the rules

Yes, once again, you cannot ban someone for killing their mob spawners. I was banned for the reason "Animal Killing", which on the official website server rules, it does not go under any offence whatsoever.


Were you ever banned before on Skyblock? If so, what for?:

No, I have never broken any rules or done anything offensive in all of my years playing SkyBlock.

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I think I should be unbanned considering that fact that:

1. I have never broken any rules before this issue (if you can even count this as one)

2. Animal Killing is not specified in the rules and Agent's plot had Ocelot spawners (which automatically respawn) and is not under the offence of "griefing" (Server Rules | Skyblock Forums)

3. I feel as though this is not a just ban from AgentsRUs, even though he seems like a nice bloke.

4. I have shown enough evidence to prove that this ban was unjust and inaccuracte

I am more than happy to answer questions regarding the situation, and hope to be unbanned

I stated on my island, "Please do not kill animals" yet you chose to kill them. I'd like to know why as I stated that multiple times.

These rules are a bit outdated. Yes, we still go by them, but they're still outdated as they were made over two years ago.

Is this a staff report or an appeal?

I'm guessing this is an appeal, but I cannot tell. If you believe what I banned for is wrong, I would like to say that I politely asked multiple times in chat for players not to kill the animals.

 

This is a ban appeal, not a staff report. I will take your word that you asked multiple times in chat, due to me not focusing on the game nonetheless, I did not break any server related rules.

I understand that sometimes it's hard to concentrate on the game with everything else happening around us. I'm a little disappointed in you mainly because I did say it, but I do believe you're sorry. Could you please tell me what you think animal killing is?

 

I think that it wasn't a very big deal because of them being able to spawn back but anyhow, I do apologise.

 

I believe you won't do this again and that you feel sorry about it. I will unban you.
