Hello to everyone who is reading, those who recognise and know me and those who may not. I thought I'd begin with a bit of a backstory on myself and my time here on .NET and the Skyblock server.

Prelude

My name is Denver, or Finical which is my gamertag. As you may or may not know, I have staffed here before, and have been a member of this community for a while. I was not demoted, I called for resignation as I had many important real-life duties to fulfil. That is what we will begin with, now, let's get into the content you're here to read.

Your in-game name: My in-game name is Finical.

What timezone are you in? My timezone is GMT + 10:00.

What country do you live in? I live in Australia, lets include Sydney NSW for technical information.

What languages do you speak? I speak fluent English, and am still in the process of learning Spanish.

Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes/No: I do have 2 Factor Authentication enabled.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) I do have access to all of the above, and am able to format them correctly for reports and logs of punishment etc.

Why do you think you should become a mod? This is the most important part of the application in my opinion. Here are the reasons why I believe I should become a Moderator.

I am Trustworthy - For as long as I can remember, I've kept secrets and confidential information from getting into the wrong hands. Many people have entrusted me to undertake several important tasks over the span of my lifetime, especially in the workplace environment where handling files and crucial information for the development of a company. I see Skyblock in the same way, where Staff discuss confidential information for the benefit of the server.

I am Honest - Any mistake or accident I've caused, I have taken responsibility for my actions. I have never blamed someone or put my wrongdoing onto the shoulders of another person, so to speak. I feel like the saying "Honesty is the best Policy" applies accurately to me and my actions. If you ask me a question, I'll be straight-forward and confident in answering it correctly, whether I'm in the wrong or not.

I am Organised - Becoming older, I have started work and schooling has risen in difficulty. Having the skill of organisation applies directly to every activity I partake in. It prevents one from becoming sidetracked or distracted, and allows for me to carry out a task, or several tasks, correctly and efficiently with the right resources on hand and available.

I am a Leader - I can say so much in this area, I could possibly write a book. I've taken up leadership in so many areas in my life, such as Sporting Teams, Drama Ensembles, School Activities, Workplace Duties and the list goes on. I spent the last 10 years of schooling building my leadership skills and now it is safe to say they are outstanding. I'm more than happy to take responsibility for a team or a group and put them on the right course and point them in the right direction.

I am Respectful - I have a positive attitude towards anyone that speaks to me. In my job in retail and customer service, even if the person you're serving is being an absolute punish, you must still respect them as you would a friendly customer. I am always a respectful person, I don't stand for disrespect and will do everything and anything to prevent it.

These are just some of the many reasons I believe I am fit for the job of Moderator, and some of the many qualities I can bring to this server.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?

My schedule goes as follows:

Monday - Friday is usually 4 hours.
Saturday - Sunday is usually 4 - 6 hours.

Please note: These times are subject to change due to work and extra-curricular activities.

How long have you been playing Skyblock? I have been playing Skyblock for about 4-5 months now.

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) I am proud to say I have never been banned for breaching rules or anything of the sort. Though the odd console ban for 'flight' isn't quite subject to that.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I do indeed. I have moderated this server before for a period of a couple of months, possibly a bit less.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes/No I do meet the requirements for Staff.

Neutral. Of course you were a great mod before but I just don't think you have the motivation anymore. You've resigned once and I know you're going to say that you've improved and won't resign and will be super dedicated to the server, but I just don't think you're quite fit to be mod again. You've become less active on the server and on forums. It's okay for mods to take breaks, you don't have to resign. If you want to come back as mod after taking a break, just don't resign in the first place.

No support, there were some choices you made that weren't good for the team.

 

I can't really judge you for your in game presence as I never come in game, but I would say your forums activity is lacking. That's definitely something you should work on
