I got a technician to come out and find the source. I pinged the IP several times, and I found out it's due to packet loss

 

What is causing packet loss

 

Try not to use any hack clients

 

I deleted all of them already
I contacted the ISP and will post updates

Nope, they're not. I talked to my ISP for the past four hours, and this one woman helped me for 90 minutes. She tried every issue, so she eventually said it's either a bandwidth issue or the server's issue. They unblocked all ports, and it's not a firewall issue. I'm going to try to use a proxy.

I also tried it on an LTE hotspot, and it worked perfectly.

It hasn't worked. I even used a VPN, which just made it worse

Also, everything is taking so long to load, I don't know what's going on.

 

It started working fine for me and then started back up. My ping on my whole computer, not just mincraft is 600-3000. It is very slow and I don't know how to fix it.

 

I found a website that may help? I don't exactly know how he fixed the problem, or if your problem is the same, but my cousin had a similar issue. It was through windows 10. The site below may be what he used. I can check later.

Lemonade, Do you have any like Security checkers for your computer? Cuz I had Avast installed and minecraft wouldnt load so maybe u have some apps that block stuff. Usually the security apps
