Tagging cyp won't help as he has turned it off! Please take this with him on PM/ try to catch him in game. If this doesn't work than you should contact support and they might be able to offer the help needed. Could you share the proof verifying you lost the stuff?
I don't think proof is entirely necessary, as cyp already knows about the situation, and is the only person (save noobcrew) who can effect such a refund. I have proof of owning the items, as shown in the first post, and as for losing them there were a few threads made some time ago detailing the circumstances. I no longer play actively, and this is my first time back on forums in a month or so. However, I would still like the refund. I'll probably end up giving them away to some cool people.
Come on cyp, do not be a cheapskate... Its just a few hundred diamonds worth of items... That's all... Oh wait... Forget the 8th word in this posting... It's never gonna happen anyways at the economy of this server.
