I have never bad this happen to me before since I started playing MC. I have the same issue in vanilla. Could it be that my MC client should be 1.9?

That just eliminates other processes. It doesn't even "reduce lag", Razer Cortex has nothing to do with internet.

Not any better. I cleared the history on Google chrome, and that didn't help either. The ping of the server is 57ms, but it went up to 1580ms when I logged on ONLY for me
