Honestly, this is really unneeded because nobody will do this. Most intentional advertisers will just advertise, get banned, and move on.
I see your point here, but honestly, if the player knew what was good for them, they wouldn't go into the reports section, see an advertisement server and say, "Oh that server sounds great! I should go there instead of Mineverse because that server is so caring and subtle etc...". It shows how that server that is advertising is completely irresponsible and the advertiser himself/herself might just be an alt of the staff on that server. Thus, the advertiser is just showing how weak and desperate the server is for people. On the other hand, having reports like these visible shows how committed some people are to reports. It shows the community how this person cared about the server to take 5 minutes of his time to report an advertiser and possibly many others in his/her past.
And you must not have been paying attention to the server for the last 3 years because NO ONE who reports a player for advertising has been banned for advertising and it will NEVER happen. Do not accuse me of not knowing the rules I have read, re read, re-written, and upheld for 3 years. I am telling you as staff that no one is being banned for it, and players don't have to hide the screenshots. You will only be banned if you are promoting another server purposely. Helping mods by catching advertisers is vital so to make it easy for them we will never enforce any restriction for them.
