As older player would know, I have played on this server for quite some time. I did take a break however due to my account being hacked. I have since made a new account under the same name (imaxedude). But now I do not have my rank nor any of the kits I had once had. If an admin is willing to help me with this, I would greatly appreciate this. I was a skygod and I did have all the kits that are available for purchase. I would once again like to thank anyone who can help me because I have sunk a lot of time and money onto this server and I would like to play on it more often.
Do you have proof you were a Skygod? And it's likely they won't be able to give you your rank back, good luck.
Firstly make sure you have your proof of purchase for your rank. Then ensure that you have any evidence that you did own that account as extra if you cannot find a proof of purchase. If you have any further questions please ask a mod. Archiving.
