So I played on skyblock.net around 3-4 years ago, and am recently coming onto MC just to check it out again. When coming on on both of my accounts (one used to be my bros), both are missing ranks. I'd he helpful if you guys have my ranks somewhere in the system?

IGN: PvPKills [tomerts1 (original) and FalconFlight at some point]
Rank: PvPKills had the highest rank possible, which allowed to change prefix and change name with a lot of colors, and I believe a few spawners that you could buy back then.
Transaction ID: N/A (too long ago)

IGN: xKillz [D_Lightning (original) and Iron_Hook at some point]
Rank: xKillz had the second highest rank (I believe Donor++) and couldn't change his prefix but could change his name with a few colors. I believe he also had a few spawners but am not sure.

Umm, do you have any transaction proof?
If so, put it in the hidden content, type in [Hide!] <Transaction Picture> [/Hide!] Without the exclamation marks, and it should look like this:

Use the correct format for starters.

Give a transaction ID proof if you have it, I don't think you will be able to find it since it was 3-4 years ago and if you bought it with PayPal, I only think you can track your purchases ID number to 2 years ago. You can still check your email to see if you got a email (if you used PayPal) with the transaction ID on it. That's all I can do for now sorry. Just use the correct format and provide the proof (transaction ID) in a hidden content so other people cannot steal your information.

CypriotMerks will be able to hopefully look up your purchase history and get you the things. This was a long time ago, and the ranks have changed dramatically.

I would write a lot here but... Long story short... If you lose a paid thing, you'll never get it back. Nobody who can fix it will mend your issue.

Charge back is a possibility. And if you have proof that they are really ignoring you, it's fraud too. (illegal by law).

 

Yup. I can confirm it. Emailed support more than 4 times, no reply. Many PMS both In Game and on the forums to the owners spread over the past four months have gotten no reply. On my forum posts, I was ignored. The only place I got attention from was people who could not help. All of the previous situations were haggled with and MAINTAINED AND BUMPED BY ME for over four months.
Go browse the donor help forum section. I guarantee you will not find anyone who has gotten their issue resolved. I sure have not found a single one. No people who can help have replied to any of them.
