You need to email mineverse support email to get a rank transfer, thats all I know. tagging a few moderators as they might help you, Kerahna Krissy Lemonade

If you already have a Mineverse rank or the ranks don't add up, you will probably get a higher rank than you paid.
This can be useful because you get it across all of mineverse in every game mode

 

I just have another small wonder here, I dont play mineverse very often, in fact nearly never. Do you get to buy ranks for the whole server or for a specific gamemode?

 

When you buy a Mineverse rank, it goes for the whole server on every game mode. You can't just buy a rank for one

You should also look at this thread for help in getting your rank back. Filling it out in the email will ensure you getting the rank back quicker.
