I have donated the highest rank, and have not recived it and its making me depressed because it took me 2 months to get the money from my parents but they wont let me pay for a new one It said only to wait 5 minutes so I did. Then I talked to a Mod he/she said to only wait 2 days and its been a week and my parents are going to rage talk to the owner over waisting $128 and she will wait 2 days for the rank and if I don't get it she said I get the rank and $100 Package to Skygod, but I just want the rank thankyou

The staff and owners unfortunately cannot do anything at this moment without the proper information. As SuperHammy3 mentioned previously, you must fill out the format needed for donor/donation issues.

Perhaps you incorrectly put in your username when buying the rank? This is a common mistake and could be the source of your troubles. (For example, filling in Aixleu instead of Aixelu would result in a nonexistent player named "Aixleu" getting the rank.)
