I was building cobblestone of my current island and I couldn't build any farther and I was on the block I was building then i got banned for 30 mins.

 

It sounds like you have reached your island limit. The island limit is 49 blocks out from each direction and 49 blocks up and down from your bedrock.
As for the 30 minute ban, that was a console ban. They are usually due to lag and the server thinking you were fly hacking.

Yes on the 49 out, no on the 49 up and down. Dimensions up and down are from y = 0 to y = 256

Oh I see. My bad >.<

Console bans are mostly caused by lag. I would suggest checking your web connection, or stay away from expanding your island for a bit. At least until the lag clears up.
