I typed the correct email and password to log into my Minecraft and Mojang accounts. I've requested password changes and changed my passwords and typed them all in CORRECTLY, and this is what I get:




Error! Unknown e-mail address or password.

Log in to your Mojang Account
In order to redeem a prepaid card or gift code you first need to log in to your Mojang account.


If it helps, I have another account logged in on my Minecraft Launcher.

 

Caps lock on while doing it? That's my dumb solution lol. If not clear the cache from your browser. Sometimes that can f*** up login information. Can't think of anything else; you got me stumped on this one.

Btw reading again, clearing the cache might actually fix it. If your browser is saving old passwords that could be your issue.

 

Oh I get what you mean? Basically reset my history? I can do that!

 

check your email, mojang resets passwords for changing ips too much
