Doesn't sound like you're remorseful at all, since you claim you "got banned for nothing", when you in fact took 3 diamonds from someone. Your agreement was 1 grass for 3 advertisements, and he did not agree to give you half of the 6 diamonds. You decided that yourself.

Why should I believe you, when you're the one that took 3 extra diamonds that were not yours? Helping him sell the block is not worth 3 diamonds. Plus, you were very rude to me when I messaged you in game. All of these lead me to lean towards denying your appeal.
I already returned his 3 diamonds. If I catch you scamming like this again you will be banned permanently.
