Even if it was silk touched when you place it down it would become a pig spawner. The only way to get one would be to prove that you currently own one or find someone who owns one right now, have Cyp destroy that one, and then place one down onto your island. Aka you won't be able to get one. I only know of like 2 people that own them still anyways. One is EvanLego or whatever is new ign is. Second is the rich mushroom guy that placed a lot of .org or whatever is name is now. Idk if either are even still active.

 

Their are Silked witch spawners, which when placed sure into a regual spawner, and there are witch eggs, that can be put into a spawner.

Yes, they are about 40 Dias, i think less then a Silked one.
