The person who locked the chest is not on our island anymore, and I can't use any of the chest. So can a mod help me?

 

I think there is a moderator online right now, msg them.

 

If the chests aren't yours, all we can do is relocate the chests to the persons new island (unless the person has not been on for a long time and there nothing too valuable in the chests).

Try and grab a mod while your online, but remember that tmods (blue) cannot break lockettes.

 

Only authorities are allowed to break lockettes. Don't worry, the issue will be resolved soon.
